Each year, OAS holds a Mail-in Tournament during the Fall and Spring semesters. The Mail-In is a fun and easy way to introduce archers to competition and to finish your archery PE unit or club's semester. It is also an opportunity for your students to test their skills against other archers from across the country.

At the end of the tournament, OAS sends out medals to the top 5 archers in each division (Middle School/High School, Girls/Boys, Junior Varsity/Varsity). Brand new archers trying archery for the first time during the Mail-In can use an 80 cm target face regardless of grade level (at the required level distance) to participate in the Try Archery Division.

**Make sure to review and confirm all division information in the current handbook update before conducting your shoot.**

You must register for the 2024-25 Program registration (Free until December 1st, 2024) to be able to register for the Mail-In Tournament!

Once you have conducted your shoot, select "Submit Mail-In/Pin Shoot Scores" from the Menu. Select the current Mail-In Tournament and add the archers from your school (you can add archers to your school under Conferences in the Menu).

Make sure to submit your scores by or before Sunday, December 1st, 2024 to be included! Have fun!
